1. Nature of the Infinity 600 Platform
Infinity 600 is an information and data-collection platform operated by Infinity Technology. Registered users may submit information, photographs, location details and other permitted information through the Infinity 600 App in accordance with the instructions provided in the App.
2. Use and Sharing of Information
Information and data collected through the Infinity 600 App may be compiled, verified, processed, analysed and shared by Infinity Technology with eligible / interested parties, including businesses, organisations, service providers, authorised entities and Government Departments / Agencies, wherever legally permissible.
By submitting information through the App, the user authorises Infinity Technology to use and share the submitted information in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy.
3. Reward Becomes Payable Only on Successful Monetisation
Uploading information on the Infinity 600 App does not, by itself, create any right or entitlement to receive a reward.
A Reward shall become payable only when:
- the submitted information is accepted and successfully verified by Infinity Technology;
- Infinity Technology identifies an eligible buyer / recipient for that information;
- the relevant information / data is successfully shared, supplied or otherwise commercially utilised; and
- Infinity Technology actually receives the applicable payment, consideration, incentive or reward against such information / data.
Only after fulfilment of all the above conditions will the corresponding Reward Points become eligible for credit / redeemability.
4. First Valid Information Rule
Where information relating to the same subject / item is submitted by more than one user, only the user who first uploaded the valid and verifiable information / photo through the Infinity 600 App shall be considered for the applicable Reward Points, subject to successful monetisation as stated above.
The date and time recorded by the Infinity 600 App / server shall be treated as the official record for determining the first valid submission.
5. Duplicate Information
No Reward Points shall be payable for duplicate information or information that:
- has already been submitted by another user;
- is already available in the Infinity 600 database;
- is incomplete, incorrect, misleading or unverifiable;
- does not satisfy the eligibility criteria specified in the App; or
- is rejected by Infinity Technology or the prospective recipient/buyer.
6. No Guaranteed Income
Participation in the Infinity 600 Reward Program does not constitute employment, appointment, agency, partnership or any employer-employee relationship with Infinity Technology.
There is no guaranteed income, minimum earning or assured number of assignments.
The amount earned by a participant will depend upon valid information submitted, successful verification, successful utilisation / monetisation of that information and the applicable Reward structure.
7. Reward Points
The applicable Reward Points for different categories of valid information shall be displayed within the Infinity 600 App and may be revised by Infinity Technology from time to time.
Reward Points shall become redeemable only after the corresponding submission satisfies all applicable verification and successful-monetisation conditions.
8. User Responsibility
Users must collect and submit information only through lawful means. Users shall not trespass upon private / restricted property, impersonate any authority, interfere with any person or property, or obtain information through unlawful means.
The user is responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the Infinity 600 App is genuine and has not knowingly been fabricated, manipulated or misrepresented.
9. Data and Privacy
Infinity Technology shall process personal data and submitted information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where a submission contains personal data relating to another person, its collection, processing, retention and sharing will be subject to applicable legal requirements.
10. Verification and Final Eligibility
Infinity Technology may verify submitted information before accepting it into the Reward Program. Verification may include checking photographs, timestamps, location information, duplication, authenticity and other relevant parameters.
The determination of eligibility for Reward Points shall be made in accordance with the published rules of the Infinity 600 Reward Program.
